Clients I have worked within various design capacities for a number of Australian State and Federal government agencies, as well as companies such as Ernst & Young (EY), Askable, Kiwibank, National Australia Bank (NAB) and Lendlease.
Beyond my day job, I love to share my knowledge and experiences. I have taught the User Experience Design Immersive class at General Assembly and been a guest speaker for design sessions in Sydney and London.
Design Research
In a previous life, I worked in visual communications. Brands I have worked for include Hype DC, Stylerunner, OneFineStay, Farfetch, The White Company, MAXMEDIALAB, Witchery, eBay Fashion Australia & Audi Australia.
I like to think of myself as a culturalist. I am here all day every day for the diverse representation of black culture in Australia and being part of the African diaspora conversation. Between 2009 and 2019 I ran Afroklectic, a space which captured the creative stories of African-Australians. Although I am not active, space is an archive from that period of time.
I continue to be part of that conversation in various ways which include my involvement with the Fufu & Tibs podcast (2020 - 2024), supporting the community engagement of Is God is (2023) and featuring on the Black Wealth Connect podcast.
